It is regulated by the <a href="https://www.boe.es/eli/es/rd/2022/05/03/311" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Royal Decree 311/2022</a> and establishes the principles, requirements, and security measures that must be applied to information systems that handle public data or services.</p>
